Expert Committee Recommends Amending IPC To Punish Hate Speech Directed Towards Sexual Minorities
An expert committee constituted by the NDA government has recommended to amend the Indian Penal Code (IPC) to criminalise hate speech of various kinds, including those against sexual minorities.
