17% Rise in Section 377 Cases in A Year, 1347 Cases Filed in 2015
There was a sharp 17% increase in Section 377 related cases in India in 2015. A total of 1347 FIRs were filed under "Unnatural Offences" in 2015 as against 1148 in 2014
