Lucknow is set to walk for pride on 9th April when member of the LGBTQ community take out a march in the city. The first queer pride march in Uttar Pradesh will start from 3pm at Sekundarbad Chauraha and end at GPO.
The city has been buzzing with pre-pride events. A queer film festival was held on 2nd April that screened 9 LGBTQ movies to raise awareness on the issue. A poster making event too was held prior to that, and saw many people participate actively.
