While cracking jokes, we always use Banana to denote penis, as the fruit and the organ have a lot of resemblance. In other examples, Oranges or Peaches or even eggs are used to denote scrotum as they are round like balls, with delicate skin and are rougher and darker in terms of skin texture and complexion. This is often used to evoke laughter in comics, jokes, idioms, lectures or sometimes used to create sexual fantasies as well. But in reality, food items and fruits have a greater connection with sexuality that we mostly don’t value. Many a times we include those food items in our diet and I think we become beneficiaries of those nutritious items without knowing their worth.
1. Banana:

3. Eggs:
Energy requirements have been associated with sexual activity since a long time. Protein in egg is best source of this. It is highly recommended to eat an egg after or before sex, as it improves calories and meets the energy requirements. In addition to energy, proteins are beneficial in maintaining focus that is highly required for a positive sexual experience. Sexual desires and libidos are associated with choice of sexual activity or motivation to initiate sexual activity, and vitamin B6 plays a driving role for sexual desires or libido in both men and women, and it can be attained by eating eggs.
4. Tea and coffee
