But Ebay India’s recent commercial stands out among them all for breaking taboos and advocating Live and Let Live. The ad (also) features a gay couple, with one partner proposing the other with a ring, even as the background voice says, “Angoothi ko sirf mera pyaar dikhayi deta hai” (The ring only sees my love). The message of the ad is #ThingsDontJudge and people shouldn’t worry about what others say and live their life according to their wishes, even if it means breaking social taboos.
