Dipankar Sarkar is the father of two daughters. When his elder daughter came out to him as a lesbian at the age of 17, he says he did not have any problem accepting her. While recalling how his daughter came out, Mr. Sarkar has a message for other parents: “They should be 100%, or even more of possible, supportive of their children.”
