Section 377 has become the rallying point in the fight for LGBTQ rights in India. The whole of LGBTQ community in India today stands united in their demand for repeal of the draconian section. But did you know that all was not so smooth going at some point of time? When the case against Section 377 was first filed by the Lawyers Collective, there was a lot of opposition to it within the queer community, and it took a fair amount of convincing and dialogue to bring everyone on the same table.
